In Glim Solar Academy we are a training academy in sales solar specially designed for Spanish speaking people who want to transform their professional lives.
We were born as an extension of Glim Sun, and Glim Roofing, two companies that have grown thanks to the latino talent and the power of good sales made. That's why, we created this space for the training of adults —with or without experience— seeking financial independence, time freedom and a career with purpose.
We believe that sales is a tool to change your life, and the solar energy-is the perfect vehicle to do so.
To train people with or without experience to become professional sellers of solar energy, providing them with the tools, support and opportunities necessary to achieve financial freedom and professional, while fueling the growth of the hispanic community in the solar industry in the united States.
